Yum! I love avocados….I heard it’s fattening though. Is that true at all? Or maybe guacamole is fattening??? ….I love the versatility of the food. You can put it in a meal or use as a beauty product! Dope!
Thanks for reading. Avocados are filled with good fats, however too much of a good thing can force you to push harder during your workouts. And the only true “fattening” is mixing it up with BAD fats.
